Our breath is our life force which regulates our energy and energy field. It is natural that we would
just take breathing for granted. Most people are unaware of how to harness this life force energy to
prevent illness and maintain a sense of ease in our body. The breath known in Sanskrit as Prana or
Pran is our vital energy source.
There are basic exercises to help you condition yourself to breath in a way that regulates your blood pressure, heart rate and immune system.
When you gain more mastery over your breathing, your nervous system responds in more positive productive ways. You feel more relaxed, balanced and in control of emotions. We can use the breath to cleanse and purify all negativity and unblock channels in our system. By changing how you breathe you can change thought patterns. The one who masters the breath master the mind.
